If my package gets delayed due to weather, can I request a refund for shipping?
Due to Seasonal weather events (such as severe winter storms or wildfires) and other disruptions (such as power outages, special events, and national emergencies) may occur and cause delays on your shipment. Due to these uncontrollable events, unfortunately shipping is not guaranteed nor can be reimbursed.
I think my package was lost or stolen. What do I do now?
All shipping methods that we offer require a signature upon delivery unless stated otherwise. The Room Hair Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we can attempt to assist you. To avoid packages being delivered to an incorrect address, please make sure all shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout.
