DELIVERY INFORMATION

*Please note, no orders are dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for orders to be processed before they ship depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

You can Track your order with your order number HERE.

Your tracking number will also be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Simply click the tracking number on your tracking email and you'll be directed straight to the carrier website where you'll see your latest update. Please make sure your shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.  

Signature is required at the time of delivery. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that need to be picked up or incur any additional fees from FedEx.

If your package is returned to The Room Hair Extensions due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, it may be reshipped to you at an additional cost. No refunds will be issued on refused shipments.

Shipping times: Most orders will take about 5-7 business (Monday-Friday) days to arrive upon shipping. Please be patient as we, The Room Hair Extensions, can not speed up shipping times with postal services and can only confirm the information via the tracking number sent to you. 

LIABILITY

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

All shipping methods that we offer require a signature upon delivery unless stated otherwise. The Room Hair Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please follow these steps

and contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we can attempt to assist you. To avoid packages being delivered to an incorrect address, please make sure all shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout.

We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
